Today, this resonates.

And not in a painful way.

𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐'𝘮 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.

2020 was a lot of hustle for me. I learned so much and am proud of everything that I created.

And in late 2020, I was called in to stand here.

And not until I read this quote did I realize that I was!

While the critical voices do creep in from time to time, in this moment I feel no guilt, no shame and no fear.
Just pure contentment for where I am in this moment.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

So now I'm going to go for my daily walk and bask in the glow of being here now.

Thank you so much to everyone who be's here now alongside me. Thank you so much to everyone who teaches me and inspires me and continues to call me forward and up.

Visionaries, The practice of unlearning our condi Visionaries,

The practice of unlearning our conditioned thought, word and action is vital to our survival and our ability to thrive.

It is not my fault that I was taught a violent way of being in the world. And it is my responsibility to unlearn it and create change.

It starts with me. It starts with you.

One step at a time.

Let us do this work together every day so that tragic reminders of how vital this work is no longer happen.

Find a link in my bio to a living list of unlearning resources that I continue to compile. Do you have a link that should be included? Please share it below.

In solidarity,

And please share - what is your experience with the kośas? Do you have a different way of describing your anatomy? We would love to learn!

Sending you Sunday love,

The kośas (pronounced koshas) are a yogic way of describing the human body.

As a student you may choose to 'try the teachings on.' That is, to integrate the concept into your life and see how it shifts your experience.

You can experiment with this different understanding, observing whether it leads to reduced suffering and greater connection to yourSelf.

An Ode To Imperfect Action

Sweet one,
Do you see what I see?
I’m not sure you do.. may I show you?

Come here and take a seat.
Reflect for a moment.
On the year that has been.
You have expanded.
You have contracted.
You have listened.
You have spoken out.
You have committed.
You have chosen truth.
You have stepped up.
You have sat down.
You have learned.
You are here.

You have taken imperfect action.
This is the only action that can be taken.
Perfection only exists in the system you now wage love upon.

Each sovereign and autonomous breath you take is a peaceful protest
and a prayer for the Collective.

So continue sweet one.
Continue your work.
Continue to unlearn and learn.
Continue to connect.
to collaborate.
to ebb and flow.
to envision the world you want to be part of.

Move towards it in each moment, with each step, through each
breath.

This is the work of life.
You were made for this.
This is your curriculum.
Keep going. And rest. And keep going. And rest.

I honour you.
Invitation to come as you are💚

- the expectations you’ve placed on yourself,
- your attachment to outcomes,
- your desire to have things work out in your favour
- your attempts to control things external to you
- your efforts to maintain consistency amidst natural fluctuations of your internal and external landscape
- resentments from the past
- fears of the future
- comparison to those around you

That’s why there is attachment to what is.

This is your reminder that you are absolutely capable of walking the unlearning journey that gifts you peace, ease and expansion.

And these gifts are given not only to you, but by extension to the humxn Collective and to all sentient beings.
